Return/Exchange Policy
We offer a 30 Day No-Hassle Return & Exchange Policy: We will accept returns or exchanges on any item, for any reason in it's original new condition as long as returns are made within 30 days of purchase. We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your dog to any of the merchandise. We cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used or is not in it's original new condition and we may refuse to issue credit. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on the return or exchange, unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item. If you exchange an item, it will result in a $4.95 shipping charge to send you the exchange. If we shipped an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 72 hours at info@petshirtsonline.com for a replacement shipment. In the event of a free shipping promotion, any return that causes the order to fall below the free shipping minimum will result in a $4.95 charge which will be deducted from the refund amount. Please allow 3-5 business days for returns or exchanges.

Please Note: We cannot be responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via UPS, FedEx, or US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. Items returned through the US Mail using only insurance without delivery confirmation can be lost in transit. Insurance by itself, does not provide proof of delivery. If an uninsured item becomes lost, it is the customer's responsiblity to file a claim with the Post Office to recover their loss for their merchandise.
