Canceling An Order: To provide you with the fastest service possible, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, however it can be returned. Please see our Return Policy for instructions on how to return an item.
Order Confirmation: Once your order has been placed, you will get a confirmation of your order sent to you via email. Please check it very carefully. If you notice any discrepancy, please notify PetShirtsOnline.com immediately via email. (Please use your order number when making any requests)
Shipping Information: We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service. You will receive an email notification when your order has been processed and shipped with a tracking number so you can track the status of your order.

Delivery times are estimated by the USPS from date of shipment. If your order is in stock, we ship same day or next day. All in stock orders are guaranteed to ship next business day.
FREE Shipping Promotion: All orders over $75 are eligible for the free shipping promotion. Free shipping promotion is only valid for orders placed within the continental United States. We reserve to right to determine shipping carrier and method. If you return an item which causes the order to fall below $75, we will deduct $4.95 from the refund amount.
Item Availability: Although we make every effort to fully stock our inventory, due to the unique nature of our business, not all items may be in stock. In the event you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you. Estimated delivery time for out of stock items is usually 1-4 weeks depending on the item and the availability from the manufacturer.
International Orders: We will be happy to ship an order to any international destination, however, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping as well as all duties and taxes charged at the time of importation.  Duties and taxes not paid when you receive your order, will be billed back to you on the credit card your original order was charged to.  By Federal Law, we are required to follow all export laws with respect to declaration and customs documentation.
